Brent first competed in a triathlon in grade 11, 1998, as a high school course and was instantly addicted. He quickly flourished and in 2002, Brent captured the provincial junior triathlon title and was named to the Canadian National Junior Team. Throughout his University career, Brent studied Health and Physical Education and was a member of the swim team. Brent spent his summers in Western Canada training with the Canadian National Triathlon Training Centre. Brent began his professional triathlon career in the ITU circuit racing for Canada in 2003.

Carley has been involved in triathlons since 2005 racing sprint and olympic distance triathlons and duathlons. Carley has a scientific oriented mind, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree of science in Kinesiology. Her Bachelor level thesis studied Maximal Lactate Steady State in elite runners. Throughout college Carley worked as a lifeguard/swim instructor at the college pool. Carley then attained her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy and currently works full time at a Rehabilitation Hospital.

While relatively new to triathlon, Dave grew up as a national level age group swimmer and High School stand out. After drifting from athletics for several years (sitting around eating Ho-Ho's), he found his way back to training and began running in 2007, cycling in 2008, and finally returned to the pool in 2009. He is now a successful amateur elite triathlete, a level 3 cycling coach, and a USA Swimming Coach.
In addition to training and coaching, Dave is a member of the US Air Force Reserves where he works full time as a Land Mobile Radio specialist and acts as a Physical Training Leader for the Airmen of the 301 Fighter Wing. Mary started her fitness career as an Aerobics Instructor in 1981 and continued to teach high impact, low impact, and step aerobics through the early 1990s. She was certified through the IDEA foundation. At the same time she began teaching aerobics, she also began running. She ran a 10k a month for several years and learned about form and function from an elite runner. She also began weight training in the mid 80s to gain a balance with her aerobics activities. After several years of inactivity, Mary regained her love of health and fitness and lost sixty pounds. Today, she is a Cooper Institute, Certified Personal Trainer. William has been involved in triathlons since 2007, but has been a runner for over 16 years. William races currently at the elite-amateur level with a focus on the Half Ironman and Olympic distance triathlons. He has many top 5 and overall wins under his belt. William studied Health and Kinesiology and graduated with a B.A. from University of Texas at Tyler where he ran cross-county and his team won the conference championship the year he competed. He recently finished his M.B.A. at Texas A&M University, Commerce this over the course of 4 years while maintaining his competitive desire in triathlon.
